Top strap is stamped with, P.WEBLEY & SON LTD/BIRMINGHAN & LONDON, left side with, MARK "III" 38. Finish has some light scattered patina with trigger guard showing wear and browning. Oversize checkered walnut grips. Cylinder lockup is loose. Bore is bright. Import marked., s/n 331xx |
