| 455 Webley; 90% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, Original blued finish and checkered walnut grips. Matching serial numbers including both grip panels. Fixed sights, 3rd pattern cylinder. Retailer marked on top of the barrel rib "COLE & SON. DEVIZES. PORTSMOUTH & WINDSOR.". Left side of barrel strap marked "WEBLEY FOSBERY AUTOMATIC". Left side of frame marked with the Webley winged bullet logo followed by "455 CORDITE ONLY". Standard British commercial proofs appear over each cylinder chamber, on the top left side of the barrel rib and on the right side of the frame. The right side of the frame has some scattered spots of minor surface rusting, finish thinning on the grip frame straps with most loss on the rear strap. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 3xx |
