| 8x57mm; very good bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured by Waffen Werke Bystrica, stamped on top of the receiver ring with an eagle/Wa80 proof over the code "dou." and date 44. Worn original blued finish with mainly only trace finish remaining. Laminated stock is unmarked and un-numbered. Cupped buttplate and stock disc. Laminated handguard is non-matching, marked in the channel. Eagle/swaz military acceptance mark stamped on the left side of the barrel. Two eagle/WaA180 proofs also stamped on the left side of the barrel. Complete matching bolt. Stamped welded upper and lower bands, both unmarked. Stamped trigger guard eagle/135 proofed. Stamped floorplate is serial numbered and matching. Stock has hand carved letters on the right side. Cleaning rod and front sight hood. Original leather sling, no legible markings. Small keeper strap on the tab torn away at one end. No import markings. The bore is bright with strong rifling., s/n 91xxy |
