| 31 Rimfire; 30% blue, fair bore, good grips, 3.5'' barrel, Manufactured c.1857-1860. Blued finish octagon barrel with fixed sight. Stamped on the top "NEW HAVEN CONN. PATENT FEB. 14. 1854". Brass frame with varnished walnut grips. Finish thinning on the barrel with some dark spotting. Bore has some pitting. Nice even age patina on the brass frame. Grips show a bit of handling with finish wear on edges. Mechanically fine. Antique, s/n 1xx |
