| 12.7 X 44R; fair bore, good stock, 37.5'' barrel, Carl Gustafs manufacture dated 1874. Original browned finish barrel, casehardened frame and mounted in a birchwood stock. Matching serial numbers on the numbered parts including the stock and forend. Centerfire breechblock. The metal finish shows wear and surface spotting overall. The frame retains some case color. The stock has light dings and scuffs overall, and the stock disc hole has been filled. The action works well. The bore has strong rifling, dirty and showing surface rusting throughout. The bore may scrub out to better condition. Antique, s/n 177xx |
