Original blue finish, brass slide and buttplate with elaborate carving, mounted in a straight grip walnut stock. Stamped on top of the barrel "MAN'F'D. BY STANDARD ARMS CO./WILMINGTON, DELAWARE U.S.A.". The barrel on this example has been shortened by approximately 1 inch. The metal finish is worn with areas of browning and scattered freckling. Mechanically fine, the bore is good. We imported this rifle from Germany and it bears our import marK. C&R/FFL., |
