| 30-40 Krag; 50% blue, Good bore, Fair stock, 22'' barrel, M1896 KRAG SRC CARBINE MADE AT SPRINGFIELD ARMORY IN GOOD OVERALL CONDITION. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL SRC WITH THE ORIGINAL CARBINE REAR SIGHT AND SADDLE RING. THE FINISH IS GONE ON THE RECEIVER AND TRIGGER GUARD WITH DULLED BLUE ON THE BARREL. THE BORE HAS LIGHTLY WORN RIFLING WITH OXIDATION PRESENT. THE STOCK IS FAIR SHOWING A 3" HAIRLINE CRACK BELOW THE SADDLE RING EXTENDING TO THE MAGAZINE, ALONG WITH LIGHT HANDLING MARKS AND A BARELY VISIBLE CARTOUCHE., s/n 712xx |
