| 22 S/L/LR; 60% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 24'' barrel, The top of the barrel it is marked âSPRINGFIELD / MANUFACTURED BY J. STEVENS ARMS COMPANY / CHICOPEEFALLS, MASS. U.S.A. CAL .22 S. L. OR LR. / MODEL 56â. The front sight has dovetailed blade and the rear has a Marbles adjustable V notch sight. The metal finish is thinning and has very mild patina on the barrel. The wooden stock looks to have been sanded and is in very good condition, with almost no finish. The buttplate is grooved and in good condition. The bore is in very good condition with no corrosion., |
