| 30-40 Krag; fair bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, 1898 date inspector cartouche. Original finish has aged to an even smooth light patina with trace blued finish. Walnut stock and handguard. M1903 ladder rear sight upgrade at some point. Faint script circled P firing proof on the bottom of the wrist. Untouched stock has small dings and dents overall. The bore has fairly strong rifling however is dark in the grooves and frosted throughout. The muzzle gauges .302. Original nickeled oiler inside the butt trap. Antique., s/n 3781xx |
