| 30-06 Cal; very good bore, very good stock, 24'' barrel, This rifle appears to be of Remington manufacture, however all the markings have been scrubbed from the receiver, barrel and even the magazine cuttoff. The stock is unmarked as well. A few of the small parts have the R marking for Remington manufacture. The serial number has been electro-penciled onto the right side of the receiver, where the original would have been. The stock hardware and trigger guard are stamped variations. The metal finish shows light wear and some handling rubs and scratches. The wood has scattered minor dings and scratches. Mechanically fine. The bore has shine and sharp rifling with a tight muzzle, showing light frost throughout. C&R/FFL, s/n 2776xx |
