| 45 ACP; 90% blue, very good bore, good grips, 5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1912. Old blue refinish, original checkered double diamond walnut grips. Proper magazine with loop bottom with folded over flanges. S marked parts: barrel, slide stop, mainspring housing, firing pin stop. Barrel bushing, hammer and grip safety are not S marked. Original fixed sights. Stamped on the left side of the slide with patent dates and Colt's Pt.F.A. MFG. Co. markings in three lines and "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY/U.S.A.". Flaming bomb stamp behind the slide serrations. Left side of frame stamped "UNITED STATES PROPERTY", with the flaming bomb stamp above the magazine catch. Right side of slide marked with the American Eagle motif and "MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY.". Metal finish showing edge and some handling wear, a few small spots of light-minor finished over pitting. Mechanically fine. Includes an original Mills 1918 dated double magazine pouch in excellent condition and a WW2 era Risdon magazine with reblued finish. C&R/FFL, s/n 767xx |
