| 30-40 Krag; fair bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, Original blue finish and walnut stock. Faint but legible 1898 date cartouche on left side of stock. Fixed front and M1896 rear ladder sight. The metal finish has worn and thinned over all. The wood has been lightly sanded long ago. Complete and mechanically fine. The bore has strong rifling however is dark with surface rusting throughout. Antique, s/n 1417xx |
