| 32 RF; 50% blue, good bore, good grips, 6'' barrel, Produced from 1861-1874, marked on top of the barrel "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS.". The 6 shot unfluted cylinder is marked with patent dates 1855-1860. British proofs appear over each chamber on the cylinder and on the left side of the barrel. Blue metal finish with rosewood grips. The barrel appears to have some touched up finish with scattered minor spotting. The frame and cylinder retain some original finish, with minor spotting and handling scratches overall. The grips show some wear to the varnish finish. The crisp action works well. The barrel hinge is a bit loose however has no damage or repair., s/n 523xx |
