| 22 LONG RIFLE; 70% blue, very good bore, good stock, 23.25'' barrel, Originally manufactured as an M1889 rifle in 1892, converted to 22 single shot K11 pattern. Worn blued finish. Shortened 96/11 walnut stock with strong Cross in Shield proof. K11 military style front and rear sights. 22 barrel, marked on top of the chamber "F. BADER/LUZERN" and "K. ZIMMERMANN/LUZERN". The left side of the receiver is marked "K. ZIMMERMANN/LUZERN". Magazine has had the follower and spring removed, box acting as a catch for spent shell casings. Lower band and trigger guard have some surface rust. Bolt is sticking at time and needs some attention. With leather sling. Antique, s/n 397xx |
