THE BLUING ON THE BARREL SHOWS WEAR ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MUZZLE ALONG WITH HEAVY FRECKLING ON THE UNDERSIDE. THE BLUING ON THE RECEIVER AND TRIGGER GUARD IS EXCELLENT. THE BRIGHT BORE HAS SMALL RING NEAR THE MUZZLE THAT THE CONSIGNEE SAYS DOESN'T SEEM TO EFFECT ACCURACY. OTHER THAN THE RING THE RIFLING IS GOOD. THE RIFLE IS FITTED WITH A DIOPTER REAR SIGHT WITH A GLOBE FRONT. THE HEAVY SMOOTH WALNUT TOCK IS EXCELLENT. |
