| 12ga; 97% blue, good bore, good grips, good stock, 28.25'' barrel, Sauer & Sohn model 8 double barrel shotgun chambered in 12g 2.75in shells, firring pins intact. Bore with a minor amount of pitting and scratches, still very bright. Barrel shows very light user wear, several light surface scratches, the tip shows light edge wear and minor oxidation, the top of the left side near the receiver is stamped with "J.P. Sauer & Sohn A.G. Eckernforde made in Germany". Receiver has the right cocking indicator still intact, the left one is missing, both sides of the receiver is stamped with "J.P. Sauer & Sohn", the underside is stamped with "Original Sauer" proof. Trigger guard shows significant edge/user wear. Wrist checkered pattern grips are in good condition with noticeable user wear and several light impressions. Stock is in good condition with numerous scratches and impressions as well as moderate user wear, the center of the right side is missing a mounted medallion. Black plastic butt plate is stamped with "Original Sauer" proof as well as "Made in Germany", has heavy number of small/light scratches., s/n 37xx |
