| 7.62x54R; 85% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 27'' barrel, Finnish Sako M39 Mosin-Nagant rifle in 7.62 Russian caliber. Matching numbers, dated 1897 under the rear receiver tang. Barrel is Sako marked and dated 1943. Bore in very good condition showing some slight darkness but good rifling. Adjustable blade front sight and tangent rear sight. Bluing in very good condition with some handling wear, primarily to the receiver, rear of barrel and magazine. Stock in very good condition showing 2 repair patches on the stock and a tight crack on the handguard. Buttplate in very good condition with wear to the bluing. Stock is a 2-piece Finnish unit that is Sako marked on the buttstock. Barrel has a previous import mark under the front part of the barrel. Antique., s/n 2357xx |
