| 38 Special; very good+ bore, very good+ grips, 1.8'' barrel, Model 60, Stainless Steel Chiefs Special is a Single and Double Action Revolver with Swing-Out five round Cylinder The left side of the barrel is marked “Smith & Wesson” and the barrel is pinned. The left side of the frame has the “S&W” trademark. The right side is marked with the 4-line Marcas Registradas address. The right side of the barrel is marked “38 S&W SPL.”. The flat under the yoke is marked “Mod / 60” The bottom of the grip frame is marked “R4065’. The revolver is mounted with a serrated ramped blade front sight fixed to the barrel rib. The rear sight is a square groove in the top strap. The trigger is serrated, and the hammer is checkered. The grips are checkered walnut with S&W medallions mounted on a round butt frame, In very good plus condition. It has the original numbered box to the gun, with the wrapper, and accessories., s/n R40xx |
