| 44 S&W Special; 70% blue, very good bore, good grips, 6.5'' barrel, The barrel has minor muzzle wear . The cylinder has a ring around it. The both have patina and spotting, but retain their blue finish. The frame has thinned out and worn replaced by patina. The left side of the barrel has SMITH & WESSON the top of the barrel has the two line S&W address and patent info. The right side has .44 S&W SPECIAL CTG. The left frame has the S&W trade mark. The serial number is on the bottom of the grip strap frame. The lanyard screw is missing, The walnut checkered S&W grips are not original. The lockup is tight. Import Marked., s/n 179xx |
