| 300 Savage; 93% blue, very good+ bore, excellent stock, 22'' barrel, The barrel letters indicate it was manufactured in July 1942. The front sight is a beaded blade and the rear sight is an elevation adjustable U notch. The top of the round barrel has the two-line Remington address and patent info. The left side of the receiver is stamped THE / WOODMASTER / TRADEMARK / MODEL 81 and Remington / REG US PATOFF / S/N 21565 The metal finish is in very good plus condition with very mild thinning on the receiver. It has a Remington metal diamond checkered buttplate in excellent condition. The walnut stock and forearm are in excellent condition with few handling marks. Very Clean Rifle., s/n 215xx |
