This is an example of the .22 rimfire cartridge Vest Pocket. Invented by William H. Elliot, only about 17,000 of these guns were made in total over the 23 years production run. This single shot pistol is very simple in mechanics. Place the hammer in the most rearward position and load a cartridge. The hammer also acts as the loading gate and breach block.
