THE RIFLE HAS BEEN REFINISHED PROBABLY MORE THAN ONCE OBLITERATING THE ORIGINAL REMINGTON FACTORY MARKINGS.. THE REMAINING BLUING SHOWS HEAVY WEAR. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH VERY GOOD RIFLING.. THE WALNUT BUTTSTOCK AND FOREAM HAVE ALSO BEEN REFINISHED AND THE STOCK SHOWS SLIVERS OF MISSING WOOD IN TWO SPOTS BETWEEN THE LEFT SIDE BANDSS. THE RIFLE COMES WITH A WEB SLING AND AN INCORRECT FRENCH BAYONET & SCABBARD. |
