| 30.06; 98% parkerized, fair bore, very good stock, 22'' barrel, This Remington manufactured 1903-A3 is a World War II production rifle. The top of the receiver is marked "U.S./REMINGTON/MODEL 03-A3" over the serial number (4994718) and the barrel is marked "RA /flaming bomb /12-43" The front sight has been removed, it is fitted with a TELESCOPE M73B1 SNIPER SCOPE. marked "Telescope M73B1/Patd-PATS PEND/WR Weaver Co/El Paso TEX USA". Right side tube roll stamped "Serial No (hand etched) 3509" The optics are a little cloudy and cross hairs are not visible. The stock has been sanded, it has large P behind the trigger guard, and the letter C Infront of the mag plate. The left side above the trigger is AA HO inside of a rectangle cartouche. It has a Steel buttplate with cleaning rod compartment (rod not included)., s/n 49947xx |
