| 50 Caliber; 95% blue, very good+ bore, very good+ stock, 21 5/8'' barrel, Original blued finish, casehardened frame, walnut stock and forend. Sharp inspector cartouches on the left side of the buttstock. Fixed front and ladder rear sights. Frame retains very generous case color and is stamped on the left side with the sales agent markings of "POULTNEY & TRIMBLE" of Baltimore. Stamped on the left side of the frame under the saddle ring bar "SMITH'S PATENT/JUNE 28, 1857". Serial numbers on the bottom of the barrel and frame are matching.
