| 8mm Mauser; 50% blue, poor bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in Poland by F.B. Radom, dated 1931. Original blued finish, beechwood stock and handguard. Original cleaning rod. Matching bolt and bolt release. Buttplate is mis-matched. Rear sight leaf is numbered 667, rifle number 766, could be a factory error. Consignor notes state possible nazi use with the bolt handle turned down and stock modified for clearance on the right side. The metal finish is worn. The wood has dark stains with small cracks at the end of the butt around the buttplate and a small crack on the left side forward of the recoil lug. There are three arsenal wood lugs thru the handguard and one thru the stock above the trigger. The bore is dark. Mechanically fine. Includes an original muzzle cover with hinged cap. No import markings. C&R/FFL, s/n 7xxg |
