| 9mm Luger; 96% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish and matching number checkered walnut grips. All matching, including both magazines. Rig, includes an original brown leather holster in very good condition complete with a stick eagle/63 proofed takedown tool. The holster is maker marked R.EHRHARDT/POESSNECK with a 1939 date and an eagle/WaA29 proof. The pistol is stamped on the toggle with the Mauser code S/42 and on top of the chamber with the date 1938. The right side of the receiver is stamped with two stick eagle/63 proofs and a droop wing eagle military acceptance mark. Other droop eagle acceptance marks appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. A small stick eagle/63 proof is located over the left side of the barrel. Condition: Excellent. The metal finish showing minor sharp edge wear and high point holster wear to the expected areas. Slightly thinning finish on the grip frame straps. The grip panels show minor wear with crisp checkering. Mechanically fine, clean internally, the bore has strong rifling. A very nice all matching WW2 rig. C&R/FFL, s/n 67xxg, Catalog Number M-200 |
