| 9mm Luger; 90% blue, 80% straw, good bore, fair grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Matching except the magazine, grips and firing pin. The grips match each other, both numbered 49. The magazine is a blued sheet steel body variation with aluminum base which is numbered 3139l/+ with a stick eagle/63 proof. Stamped on top of the toggle with the Mauser code S/42 and across the top of the chamber with the date 1936. The right side of the receiver is stamped with two droop eagle/63 proofs and a droop eagle military acceptance mark. Other droop eagle acceptance marks appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. A small droop eagle/63 proof is stamped over the left side of the barrel. The metal finish shows edge and high point holster wear with thinning finish on the grip frame straps. There is some scattered minor surface spotting mainly on the right side of the frame and toggle housing. The grips show some wear to the points on the checkering, which remains well defined. The right grip panel has a small crack above the screw. Mechanically fine. Rig, includes an original WW2 mililtary holster dated 1936, maker marked AUWAERTER & BUBECK/A.G./STUTTGART with a droop eagle/WaA107 proof. The hoslter is in good condition, has been dyed black at some point, and has a 1 inch section of stitching which has come loose on the back corner of the flap hinge.
