| 12 Ga; 40% blue, poor bore, fair stock, 30'' barrel, Cyl/cyl chokes. 2 1/2 inch chambers. 14 inch LOP. Locks work. Action has slight play in it. Walnut stock and forend. Stock is cracked on both sides of the tang. The forend has a piece missing at the front and is cracked. Checkering on stock is worn thin. Sling swivels. Steel buttplate. Lock plate is marked Parker Bros on each side. Forearm latch is stamped "Patd Mar 26, 1878". Damascus barrels. Solid rib with a V-notch rearand bead front sight. Double triggers. The reciever is missing most of its finish and has marks in the metal on the bottom. Built on the Number 1 frame. The rib is marked "Parker Bros. Makers Meridian, Conn" -Import marked- ANTIQUE., s/n 207xx |
