| 12 Gauge; fair bore, fair stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1900. Browned Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 1/2 inch chambers, the barrels have been shortened to length, both chokes gauging Cylinder. Both sides of the frame are roll stamped NEW ITACA GUN inside a banner with some simple scroll décor. The top of the barrel rib is stamped "ITHACA GUN CO. ITHACA N.Y. LONDON TWIST". The barrels are patina with small dents scattered over both barrels. The frame is patina with minute traces of case color. The forearm is a handmade replacement. The original stock has tight hairline cracks on the flats behind the frame, showing wear with small dings and scratches overall. The action work fine. Barrel lockup is loose. C&R/FFL, s/n 112xx |
