| 7.65mm; 95% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 29.1'' barrel, The 7.65X53mm Argentine caliber Model 1891 rifle was used from 1891 to 1909. The 29.1" barrel has a very good bore. The gun has approx. 95% blue, the buttplate has thinning. The top of the chamber has the Argentina Crest. As most of these rifles, have had the Argentine crest over the chamber was removed prior to its sale by the government. The left side of the receiver is marked MAUSER MODELO ARGENTINO 1891 over MANUFACTURA LOEWE BERLIN. The S/N K8530 is on the barrel and receiver. The front sight is a blade and the rear is a ladder style graduated to 2000 meters. The walnut stock has mild handling dings. The stock also has sling swivels., s/n K85xx |
