| 7.63mm Mauser; 95% blue, good bore, very good grips, 5.5'' barrel, Rare serial number range, often referred to as the Scandinavian Contract, although there is no evidence that such a contract existed. Original blued finish, grooved walnut grips. Matching serial numbers except the bolt, bolt stop and holster stock. Bolt has chipped on top at the extractor. 50-1000 meter tangent rear sight. NS marked hammer. Crown/U proofs on the left side of the receiver and top of the bolt. Standard Mauser Oberndorf markings in two lines on the right side of the frame and three lines on top of the chamber flat. Metal finish shows light high point and edge wear. 70% fire blued finish on the small parts. Bore has light corrosion throughout with strong rifling. Missing the lanyard ring. Walnut holster stock in Fair-Good condition. Has a 5.5" crack along the left side running forward from the hinge plate. Missing two screws on the lower hinge plate. Worn finish with light surface rusting on the metal. Our import mark., s/n 248xx |
