| 7.63mm Mauser; 98% blue, very good+ bore, excellent grips, 4'' barrel, A very exceptional example Mauser "bolo" C96 pistol with original blued finish, fire blued small parts and grooved walnut grips. Matching serial numbers to include the grip panels and walnut holster stock. NS marked hammer. Fixed front and tangent rear sights, tangent sight with graduations from 50-1000 meters. Standard Mauser markings with commercial crown/U proofing. The metal finish shows some minor high point wear with most loss on the rear grip frame from stock attaching over the years. The holster stock is in excellent condition as well with a sharp Mauser banner on the left side. The attaching iron retains 80% finish with loss on the top tang. Serial numbered with the last three digits of the pistol. The lid hinge plate retains most of the bright blued finish. The pistol is mechanically in excellent condition, the bore is bright with sharp rifling, showing slight frost throughout. Our import mark., s/n 6379xx |
