| 10 Gauge; 80% blue, good bore, good stock, 32'' barrel, Sideplate model, manufactured from 1885-1919. Blue finished Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 3 inch chambers. Marked on both sideplates "LEFEVER ARMS CO." with the grade and serial number stamped on the watertable. Features a boxlock action, extractors, double triggers, side mounted cocking indicators, plunger release forearm with metal tip and a full grip stock fitted with the original grip cap and buttplate. 14 inch LOP. The barrels retain generous finish with some surface spotting overall. The frame shows only traces of case color having turned a brown patina overall with some minor spotting. The wood is dark, with minor dings and scuffs. Mechanically fine with tight lockup., s/n 1878xx |
