| 6.5mm; 80% blue, fair bore, fair stock, 31.4'' barrel, Manufactured at the Kokura Arsenal. This Type 38 Rifle has an open V front sight with a folding leaf rear graduated from 400 – 2400 meters. The top of the receiver retains the Royal Chrysanthemum, and characters signifying ‘Type 38â€. The bore is in fair condition and is dark. The overall condition of the metal, it is thinning, and has scattered patina. It has a two-piece buttstock. The stock has a small crack at the rear of the baronet lug. The handguard has a 1 ¾ crack at the top of the nose. The stock has several mild handling marks and dings, the action works, and the magazine is missing., s/n 9093xx |
