| 25-20 Single Sho; fair bore, fair stock, 26'' barrel, Chambered for 25-20 Single Shot. Part octagon/part round barrel, casehardened frame, original walnut stock with custom checkering added. Barrel sights removed, scope bases installed on top of the barrel and epoxied. Weaver 1 inch rings with a Weaver K10 scope mounted. The scope has very good optics with a crosshair reticle. Standard J Stevens markings on top barrel flat, original caliber marking over the left side "25.20". Barrel and frame have been wiped down with cold blue finish. There is scattered light-moderate pitting on the metal surfaces. Open tang sight holes on the upper frame tang. The buttstock has two tight cracks behind the upper tang. The bore shows some wear to the rifling with light pitting throughout. Mechanically fine. Includes 50 rounds of JBA brass casings. C&R/FFL, s/n 613xx |
