| 16 Gauge; 30% blue, good bore, good stock, 28'' barrel, Manufactured in 1936, this is a matching numbers shotgun. Barrel is marked, “NEW ITHICA FIELD GRADE” and “ITHICA GUN Co ITHICA, NY”. 4, +, s/n, 2, +. The frame has engraved border with water table markings, s/n PAT’D and F16. Finish has thinning overall with scattered moderate patina around muzzles, the frames remaining finish has turned a nice plum. Checkered forend and pistol grip stock show typical handling / storage wear but no visible cracks. It is fitted with a hard rubber buttplate giving it a 14-inch LOP. 2 ¾-inch chambers with full/mod chokes. The bore mis bright with some streaking., s/n 4611xx |
