| 12 Gauge; 80% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 27.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1949. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch chambers with Full chokes. Features a boxlock action, extractor, double triggers, pressure release forearm and an english style straight grip stock with a 14 inch LOP, the stock altered to length. The finish on the barrels shows some wear and thinning. There is one hole drilled and tapped on top of the rib over the chambers and the front sight bead has been replaced with a white plastic bead. The frame has turned mostly bright with traces of case color. The wood has light dings and scuffs overall, and the lower sling swivel has been relocated at the end of the trigger guard tang. Mechanically fine with tight lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 2144xx |
