| 12 Gauge; Good bore, fair stock, 29 13/16'' barrel, Manufactured in 1897. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Cylinder chokes. Browned steel barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in a walnut straight grip stock. Patina metal finish showing some handling and spotting. The stock shows wear with a large chip of wood missing above the right lockplate. Both hammer screws are replacements. The right action is not working properly, will not hold back. The stock is a bit loose. Barrel lockup is tight, the bores have some minor pitting throughout. Antique., s/n 297xx |
