| 16 Gauge; poor bore, poor stock, 31 3/8'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1900-1930. 2 3/4 inch chambers (likely rechambered at some point) with Full and Cylinder chokes. The barrels have been painted flat black, showing some handling. The frame and lockplates have been painted silver, showing some handling as well. The walnut stock has been sanded and the top half of the wrist area has been repaired using a piece of wood screwed and glued into place. The stock is a bit loose. The action work fine and barrel lockup is good. The bores are dirty and rough. C&R/FFL, s/n 156xx |
