| 30-06 Cal; 85% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1955. Original blue finish, mounted in a walnut stock with a checkered grip and schnabel forend tip. Ramped beaded fixed front sight. The rear sight has been removed. Factory drilled and tapped receiver with Weaver two piece scope bases installed. Steel triggerguard and hinged floorplate. Right side mounted tang safety. The metal finish shows some wear and handling with thinning on the triggerguard/floorplate. The stock has small dings and scratches overall. A hard rubber cheekrest has been epoxied onto the left side of the stock butt. Mechanically fine with a bright sharp bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 1828xx |
