| 9.3 X 62mm; 80% blue, very good bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1953. FN commercial 98 Mauser action. Original blue finish, walnut stock with checkered grip. Ramped fixed front sight, drift adjustable rear sight. The receiver has been drilled and tapped with steel dovetailed see-thru scope bases installed. A 4x32 scope is mounted, the scope has a pointer/crosshair reticle with excellent optics. A fabricated right side mounted tang safety has been installed. The bolt safety has had some filing on the corners. A recoil pad has been attached to the butt with sanding marks around the end of the butt. Used, showing wear and handling. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 1638xx |
