| 8mm Mauser; 80% blue, very good bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1951. FN commercial 98 Mauser action. Original blue finish, refinished beechwood stock. Ramped fixed front sight missing the blade. Drift adjustable rear sight. Receiver drilled and tapped with Weaver type scope bases installed. An Aimpoint 3000 red dot sight is mounted, functioning. A right side mounted tang safety has been installed. Used, showing wear and handling. The stock has been shortened to a 12.75 inch LOP with recoil pad added. There is a crack on the left side of the forend tip. The stock has been sanded and varnished. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 620xx |
