| 8mm Mauser; 90% blue, very good bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1946. Small ring Mauser "strenghtened" action without thumb recess on left side of receiver. Original blue finish, mounted in a checkered walnut stock. Ramped fixed front and fixed rear sights. Receiver drilled and tapped with Weaver style bases and rings, a Calic Hunter 4X scope mountedf. The scope has a pointer/crosshair reticle with very good optics. Bolt handle has been modified slightly for scope clearance and the stock notched on the right for the handle. Used, the stock has a crack behind the receiver tang and a crack on each side of the toe of the butt. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 873xx |
