| 9.3x57mm; 85% blue, fair bore, good stock, 24.25'' barrel, Manufactured in 1940. FN 98 Mauser military style action. Blued finish, walnut stock with checkered grip. Ramped beaded front sight. Drift adjustable rear sight. Receiver has been drilled and tapped with Weaver #35 front and #55 rear scope bases installed. Used, metal and wood showing some wear and handling. Bolt handle has some slight modificatin for scope clearance and the safety has been filed down a bit. Recoil pad added to the butt, hardened with age. Minor hairline crack behind the receiver tang. The bore has some shine and fairly strong rifling, with some light pitting throughout. Our import mark., s/n 292xx |
