| 22 LR; 99% blue, excellent bore, very good+ grips, 6.75'' barrel, Manufactured between 1942 – 1955 It was used by CIA, United States Marines, and Special Forces. The weapon was also assigned to the Lockheed U-2 pilots. The metal has been refinished with minor patina on the grip frame. The left side of the frame has MADE IN USA / THE HIGH STANDARD MFG. CO. / NEW HAVEN CONN. / PATENT PENDING / .22 CAL LOND RIFLE. And the slide has HI -STANDARD / MODEL H-D MILITARY The S/N is on the front of the grip frame. The wooden checkered grips are in very good plus condition., s/n 1971xx |
