| 22 LR CAL; 95% blue, excellent bore, very good grips, 6.75'' barrel, Manufactured from 1946-1955. The metal finish has minor muzzle wear, and edge wear with thinning on front strap. The front sight is a blade and the rear are an adjustable U notch. The left side of the frame is marked, MADE IN THE U.S.A. / THE HIGH STANDARD MFG. CO. NEW HAVEN CONN. / PATENT PENDING / .22 CAL LONG RIFLE. The left of the slide is marked, HI-STANDARD / MODEL H-D MILITARY. The checkered wood grips have a few points chipped.
