| 52 Caliber; very good+ bore, good stock, 21'' barrel, Browned metal finish. Walnut stock with strong inspector cartouches on both side flats. Stamped on top of the breechblock "U.S./S. NORTH/MIDLTN/CONN./1847". Smoothbore round barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Right side release lever for the breechblock, unique to this model. Bright bore, action functions well. Stock is overall very good however there is a large chip beginning on top of the wrist behind the frame. Antique. |
