| Believe this to be post war manufacture, which are virtuallly identical to the WW2 era M1939 packs. Aluminum buckles with steel hooks. Ink stamps are illegible, no markings found on the leather parts. Post war mess kit can attached. A US style wool blanket is attached using three USGI small web straps. The pack is stuffed with towels and a thermal shirt to give it form. Overall very good used condition., |
