| Blade measures 8" long, handle 4 3/4" long, overall length 12 3/4" long, sheath measures 9" long. A German dress bayonet by Anton Wingen Jr, Solingen with steel scabbard and leather frog. Nickel plating from guard to pommel is pitted and dull. Plated blade is still bright with scratches on ricasso. Ricasso has manufactures mark. Scabbard paint is mostly worn. Frog is cracking and appears to have been subjected to high heat., |
