| 22 Caliber; 98% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 27.5'' barrel, RARE GECO SPORTBUCHSE 37, MEISTER II, SINGLE SHOT TARGET RIFLE IN EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITION. THIS PRE WAR RIFLE WAS COMPETITION TO THE MAUSER AND WALTHER TARGET RIFLES OF THE 1930s. THE BARREL AND MATCHING BOLT ARE CROWN BUG PROOFED. THE BRIGHT BLUING IS EVEN THROUGH OUT. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH SHARP RIFLING. THE TOP OF THE BARREL IS GROOVED TO ALLOW THE REAR SIGHT TO BE ADJUSTED FOR EYE RELIEF. THE CHECKERED WALNUT STOCK HAS A 13.75 LOP AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION SHOWING MINIMAL HANDLING MARKS. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF A RARE PRE WAR GERMAN TARGET RIFLE., s/n 9xx |
